Please elaborate the query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

As your wife has pain in teeth, can you tell that she has decay or cavity in teeth?
- Is there any associated swelling of cheek present?
-Is she already taking any medication?
-Is she known allergic to any medicine?

Please revert back..

Brief Answer:
Take antibiotics and painkillers.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Welcome back..

First of all consult a Dentist and get evaluated..
An x ray will be done..
Then the appropriate treatment can be decided..

For temporary relief you can take painkillers like Ibuprofen but if pain is severe then Ketorol DT [Ketorolac] can be taken but as these are prescription drugs better to consult an Emergency room..
Do cool compresses over the cheek..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
