Brief Answer:
Tonsillitis with lymphadenopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
The lymph nodes enlargement is probably due to tonsillitis only. You should take the antibiotics.
As the infection will subside, the nodes will regress.
Do hexidine gargles as well.
It would be better if you can send me the picture of your throat so that I can suggest you better.
Avoid pressing or palpating the nodes repeatedly to avoid discomfort.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Take care
Thanks and regards

You are having tonsillitis. The white lesion on right tonsil is tonsillar debris due to infection. Do gargles and take rest of the medicines, it will resolve spontaneously.
