Brief Answer:
Viral Wart

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query. I have also looked at the Images.

I would keep a possibility of a genital wart/ condyloma acuminata.

It is a viral infection caused by HPV(Human Papilloma virus).

Treatment is CO 2 Laser vaporization OR Radiofrequency cautery under local anesthesia. I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist.

Regards
