Brief Answer:
?Anxiety state or withdrawal symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It could be due to acute anxiety state or withdrawal symptoms. Are you addicted to alcohol or is there any history of substance abuse?
It is also pertinent to know your vitals like temperature, pulse ,blood pressure ,respiratory rate apart from symptoms to exclude any organic cause. Do you have any finger tremor on stretched arms. Is there any similar episode in the past?
Give little more details.

Very little finger tremor on stretched right arm. I should have mentioned that I am currently on Sertraline 100mg. Some time ago when I started on meds my anxiety was really bad and got this tremors even on my face. Is it possible that I might need a higher dose of sertraline? I have no fever, my blood pressure was a little high a couple days ago But I thought that was because I have not been able to sleep well.
