Tinnitus in the ears at this age of yours could be either due to weakness in the auditory nerve or Eustachian tube dysfunction. You will require a complete evaluation of the nose and the ear to rule out the causes of tinnitus.

I would suggest you to consult an apt ENT specialist for a complete evaluation of the ears and the nose. You will also require complete audiological investigations such as tympanometry (to check for the pressure in the middle ear) and pure tone audiometry (to look for any neural deafness), to identify the cause of the problem.

If the tinnitus is because of the neural issue, then you can try caroverine which can alleviate the noise.
