Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist and undergo investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Is there any neck pain, urinary complains, lower limb weakness or thinning?
Any diabetes, other medical illness?
Possibility of cervical radiculopathy has to be evaluated.
In case of other symptoms in lower limbs possibility of neuropathy require evaluation.
Visit to a neurologist will be helpful as further investigation plan can be outlined based on clinical signs.
Spine MRI or nerve conduction study may be needed.
Hope you Found the answer helpful.
Do get back with further details.
