Question: I have neck tightness on and off for about a month. Sometimes I have a little bit short of breath. No obvious other symptoms. I got tick bite a few months ago. What is the possible diagnosis?

Oxygen level, blood pressure, Lung functions, thyroids are all normal.

Brief Answer:
SUpportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Neck tightness on and off with all the work up normal is likely a musculoskeletal spasms and needs supportive care. Tick bite a few month ago history is not worrisome as you dont have any other symptom like fever or conjunctivitis or multiple joint pains etc. However there is no harm to get an immunoassay to be on the safer road.

I would suggest take some skelaxin, advil and rest for a while . Have some neck muslces massage and get the lyme work up for peace on mind. I am sure your pain will subside with supportive care. If it does not talk to a rheumatologist and let them find out other etiologies .

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
