Question: Hello, so I'm just following up on my previous question.. Just to get a second opinion. I have strained my back on the job while bending 2 weeks ago. That day my back felt tight and stiff. No pain. Then few days after I experienced a mild pain, tightness in lower back muscles especially when I sit or stand for long periods.. The pain went away for few days then it came back.. It feels as if there is pressure on my lower back.. What's the best approach to correct this.. I appreciate any help
