Suggest Treatment For Tick Bite Behind Leg

Question: I was bitten bay a tick. I didn't realize it was on the back of my leg and I knotted it off. The spot was read but I killed the tick. I have been treating it with peroxide and Neosporin cream. It has been two days and the sight is still red almost purplist. Do I need to see a doctor?
