Brief Answer:
Acute sinusitis with eustachian tube blockage

Detailed Answer:
Hi
welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
You are probably suffering from acute sinusitis. The post nasal drip is because of the nasal secretions falling backwards and causes sore throat.
The ear problem is due to eustachian tube blockage that has happened due to sinusitis. The eye infection can also be due to this or it can be allergic conjuctivitis.
Get a Xray paranasal sinuses done and send me the pictures of your eyes.
Start taking tablet coldaid twice daily.
Take an oral antibiotic also.
Take nasal decongestant drops and steam inhalation.
Take paracetamol for headache.
All the medicines I have prescribed are available only on prescription.
It would be better if you can get yourself examined by an ENT SPECIALIST or send me the reports.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks and regards

Hi
Thanks for the follow up query
It would be better if you take a combination of amoxicillin with clavulinic acid. Otherwise the medicines are fine, continue taking for a week. also take an oral decongestant tablet and steam inhalation.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Acute sinusitis with eustachian tube blockage

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Get a throat swab for culture sensitivity done. This will tell you the infecting organism and the effective antibiotics. The medicines may take sometime to show up their effect. Don't be confused and be compliant to the medicines. If you want to take steroids than take steroid nasal spray. It will give you an instant relief. also take steam inhalation.
I wish a speedy recovery for you. Just relax and be compliant to the treatment.
Also get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the pictures.
Take care
