Question: my father 81th .after having pybactam he has infection in his throut and has lot of mucus.how to overcome this XXXXXXX problems.

As per your details, past history, there is a possibility of oral candidiasis (elderly man, carcinoma of lung, on antibiotics (pybactam)- predisposing factors for candidiasis.


I advise you to evaluate with endoscopy (direct laryngoscopy) for the exact cause of infection and excessive secretions.
