Brief Answer:
This seems laryngitis

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Looking at your symptoms, you are probably suffering from Laryngitis (Inflammation of the voice box).

You may find relief by taking the following medications:

Antibiotic like Azithromycin,
Analgesic with Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Antacid like Rantac,
Cough suppressant containing Dextromethorphan if it is a dry cough or cough expectorant containing Ambroxol if it is wet cough,
Antiallergic like Levocetirizine.

Drink lots of warm fluids.
Voice rest is necessary. Speak only if necessary in a soft voice. Don't shout or whisper.
Do steam inhalation.
Do warm saline gargles.
Avoid cold food and dust.

If there is no improvement in 2-3 days, then it is advisable to personally consult an ENT specialist doctor.

Hope this answers your question. Take care.
