Brief Answer:
get USG done. Can be PMS. Use paracetamol as needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Dr. Purushottm Neurgaonkar welcomes you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As you are 6 months psst your delivery, and you had your tubes tied up, you need not worry about the pregnancy.

3 ) Your symptoms of breast tenderness can be due to PMS - premenstrual syndrome .
I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars.

4 ) If you are still breast feeding the baby then please get USG of both breasts done to rule out any other reasons for breast tenderness.

Till then please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for getting analgesic like paracetamol as needed to control the breast pain.

I hope this answer helps you.
