Question: Hi i am 31 years old female. I am observing few problems like 1. I go to toilet twice in the morning sometimes even thrice. Once in morning after getting up and then after breakfast. I tried avoiding millk but still i feel like going. Now a days i am having curd in breakfast but still the same problem. This problem i am facing for 12 years. This makes my morning irritable. 2. For last 8-9 months i am facing one more issue of gas. After having lunch irrespective of light or heavy my tummy keeps on releasing gas till night. This is causing me alarm. I am doing daily exercise of 1 hour, walking, swimming etc but gas is there. I am taking fruits and salads also before lunch. Now a days i started enterogermina. I have taken two doses of it. 3. Sometimes in the night and next day my skin itches all over. This itching issue started after i had dengue 2.5 years back. Earlier i ignored because its not frequent, but today again i am having lots of itching. 4. Also i have leukoria sometimes clear and white sometimes creamy after 5 days of menturation is over and then it continues for long time. 5. Sometimes i feel like spinning and a lot of tiredness during periods. 6. My urine is hot most of the time and itching near lower part as well.

Questions answered one by one.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic. Let me try to address the issues one by one:

1. and 6. It could be due to urinary tract infection. Get your urine tested for routine microscopy and culture sensitivity. If the result indicates infection, treatment with antibiotics will solve the problem.
2. You seem to have digestive issues. Undigested matter in the intestines is getting degraded by intestinal bacteria to produce the gas. Take small but frequent meals. The other things that you have mentioned, are proper. Also take isabgol (psyllium husk) or senna regularly at dinner. It should help. Take omeprazole once daily before breakfast and see if it helps.
3. Take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily when required, to take care of the itchiness.
4. Unless the discharge is foul smelling consider it normal and needing no intervention. If it is foul smelling, it indicates infection and needs to be treated with antibiotics.
5. That is normal and occurs due to low blood volume. Get your hemoglobin level checked. Drink plenty of water and fluids.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
My suggestions are equally applicable.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for the delay in replying. Even though it is related to bowel movement and not urine, my suggestions hold. Rather than taking Enterogermina I would prefer taking curd. The hemoglobin is on the lower side and iron supplementation is advisable. Drink plenty of water and exercise regularly. You should be fine back again.

I do not think that any test related to liver or intestines will be conclusive or helpful. All I would insist you to do is to increase the fibre intake.

Regards
