Brief Answer:
viral flu

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
Most of the upper respiratory tract infections do present with the same symptoms. If you are suffering with these symptoms very often then you'll have to get a thorough physical examination by a doctor to rule out following things
1) chronic tonsilitis
2) chronic sinusitis ( X-RAY SKULL lateral view will rule out this condition)
3) chronic pharyngitis
Each of these conditions have a different line of management. If you are not responding for any antibiotics then you'll have to get a culture and sensitivity test done to chose the right medication for your infection.

If your condition still persist you'll have to discuss with your consultant about some minor surgical interventions.

For your present condition you can take steam inhalation using SINAREST vapour capsules twice a day and povidine iodine gargle for sore throat along with your medications.

Hope the information was useful to you.
Take care.
