Now a month over still i have not got my period, during 18th May i had 3-4 drops of bleed with white discharge.

Brief Answer:
PCOS likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Delayed periods and polycystic ovaries are suggestive of polycystic ovarian syndrome.
In this condition, there is hormonal imbalance which leads to disturbances in ovulation and hence delayed periods and difficulty in conception.
Other causes of delayed periods like hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia should berruled out by proper hormonal investigations.
Moreover, a pregnancy test should be done to rule out any pregnancy which can also cause such erratic periods.
I will suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done.
If negative, then other hormonal investigations should be done and further treatment should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
