Brief Answer:
Symptoms of hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Good day
Noted your concerns. Metabolism slows down after menopause and usually muscle mass is replaced by fat mass. Many symptoms of hypothyroidism are non specific and other disorders can mimick it. Usually hypothyroidism will have some weight gain, slowness, muscle cramps, body pain , feels cold, dey skin, constipation etc. Do you have any of these symptoms?

Brief Answer:
Vit D deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Okay, if the blood tests are normal, doctors can not prescribe you medicines. And if thyroid profile is normal, it is likely that your thyroid is normal. As I mentioned earlier, many symptoms of hypothyroidism are non specific and can occur in a number of other disorders including depression and Vitamin D deficiency. Please talk to your PCP about it . I am sure get will help you out with a vitamun D blood test
