Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined and investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Your symptoms are typically suggestive of cervical spondylosis, however the description that the similar thing's happening over the left leg, calves and toes can be due to extensive involvement of the Lumbo-sacaral spinal segment also..

You need to get complete metabolic profile i.e. CBC, Electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium & Magnesium), KFT, LFT along with Serum Vit B-12 & Vit D-3 level checked and schedule an Appointment with a Neurologist to get thoroughly checked up clinically and there's also a need to get MRI-scan of the entire spine and back to look in to the segments and types of nerve compression in details..management will be according to the findings..

Please don't delay any more as already 2-3 weeks have passed by, and it seems affecting quite a number of spinal segments as already mentioned, please get yourself thoroughly checked out as well as investigated ..

Do let me know how you stay in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards
