I am Dr.Ajay panwar, a neurologist and I'd surely help you with your query.

You apparently have a 'burning feet syndrome' in which burning feet can commonly be associated with sharp, stabbing pains in feet or pins and needle sensations in feet.

You need to be screened for Diabetes, Hypothyroidism and Vitamin B12 deficiency, which are common causes of burning feet syndrome. According to etiology we can plan for treatment.

It can also be due to chronic alcoholism. Rarely, it can be inherited.
