Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Anxiety

Question: Hello! I have earlier asked about this. I have these weird symptoms AS if something just stops in my chest, and it makes me react with a twitch of the head and sometimes pins and needles in my arms for just a second.
I also am feeling discomfort when i drive a car. Feels like i really straining my muscles in the stomach or just above. As you would do for instanse when you feel EXTREME acceleration in like a car or a joyride in a carneval or amusement park. You kind of push you know?
And i thought i was alone about this, but found this online by someone else; Every once in a while but at least once a day I get this weird feeling that I just figured out how to describe. Imagine you really have a crush on someone and they unexpectedly enter the room and maybe smile at you - the feeling I get when that happens is similar to this unprovoked random feeling that I'm asking about. Basically, out of nowhere, for like one second, I seem to stop breathing, have a tightness in the back of my throat and experience what feels like a wave of low pressure in the center of my chest. It's a little like what you might call an adrenaline rush or a panic wave but I'm not stressed....

This is much like what i feel. Any thought?
I have had a 24 hrs ecg when these symptoms accur and they say my rythm is ok.
Even no just sitting still i straining like tensing muscles in sternum like i am trying to avoid muscles relaxing.
PS. Have seen a psychological expert saying this is not anxiety.

Brief Answer:
Appears to be anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

I have gone through your clinical details and though, your psychological expert ruled out anxiety, it appears strongly anxiety to me.Heightened anxiety is well known to cause such transient events.

I suggest you to be on a short course of antianxiety medicines(clonazepam) and observe if these events improve. If these improve, that would indirectly go in favor of diagnosis.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
