Question: I feel my heart beating. I have a sence of nervous in stomach and emptiness I've had bowel movements that aren't very solid I don't have any pain but I'm tired

What are you describing is either anxiety or a panic attack. This is uncomfortable, but not at all dangerous. If this persists, you should seek treatment with a psychiatrist. I sometimes feel numbness as well in my arms, I physically feel not good. all this can be a sign of anxiety? I thought it could be a stomach bacteria?
