Question: For a year now after a cortisone injection I haven't been feeling well. I did every test possible for cortisol, autoimmune, stomach,Mir on the head, heart, sinus, thyroid and all the other organs. Nothing showed up. Everything is normal. Yet I'm always nervous, fearful of something bad happening, don't like to face the day, I feel lil off balance, weird tightenings of the face and head. Just an overall bad feeling and dis oriented. What is it? Every doctor said cortisone can't do thAt especially after so long.

Brief Answer:
Indicates you may have anxiety and depression, consult psychiatrist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
The symptoms that you have like nervousness, fear, lack of interest, feeling singing bad going to happen and also as mentioned all tests are normal. These are indicating that you may have anxiety and depression or combination of both. May be a anxiety depressive disorder/syndrome.
There are many causes of it like stress, emotional disturbances, serious loss, chronic illness, difficult relationship, financial problem, or any unwelcome change in life patterns, etc.

Definitely cortisone injection have nothing to do with these. I would have suggested you to consult psychiatrist further help, including evaluation and for treatment.

Meanwhile, try to be relaxed, do exercise or meditation, good sleep and healthy diet. I would have suggested to have word with family and friends for super and better to consult psychiatrist immediately.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
