Brief Answer:
Most likely due to urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to urinary tract infection. Fever with chills are specific for urinary infections also. Get an urine routine examination to rule out this. Puss cells will be present in plenty in urine routine examination in case of infection.

You will need antibiotics in case of infection. I usually suggest antibiotics like Norfloxacin empirically in such case and send urine for culture and change antibiotic if necessary after culture report. You can consult your GP for antibiotics.
Taking cranberry juice or barley water is good to dilute urine. Taking dihydrogen sodium citrate or potassium citrate syrup in water is also good to relieve painful urination.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
