Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and going through the short history provided by you it seems that you are suffering from IBS i.e. from 'Grahani' disease according to Ayurveda, however do let me know about certain parameters for further line of management:

Hi, for the past few years I have had a lot of digestive and intestinal issues. I have ended up in the hospital multiple times due to extreme stomach cramping (not from menstrual cycle) and intestinal bleeding. My stomach is also very bloated all the time and I can t stop gaining weight (25 pounds in the last 2.5 years!). Stool is very hard to pass all the time and when i do pass, it s pellet stools and a very small amount. I ve gone a solid two weeks without a bowel movement before and ended up in the hospital. I m a 22 year old female. My sister is 18 and started having the same symptoms as I have. She s constantly goes to a gastroenterologist and he hasn t helped any. They have determined it s not chrones disease (sorry if I spelled that wrong) also that it s not ciliacs disease. Not a wheat or gluten allergy and not a lactose allergy. They have also tested for hernias and hemroids. All turned out negative. I ve even had X-rays done that show nothing really abnormal besides large amounts of feces in my intestines. It doesn t happen when a specific type of food is eaten. It s a constant thing. I feel like all the doctors have given up and just tell us it s IBS and to take miralax everyday. I do but it doesn t help... Please help me if you have any clue as to what s going on. I m tired of the cramping, bloating, and inability to have a completed bowel movement.

My son (18months) is 21 pds and has been diagnosed with a milk allergy. He took to almond milk, over the others. Now his stools are runny, and yellow like a newborn. My family does have nut, and gluten allergies? I don t want to put him on total elimination diet because he has lost two pounds in the last month, since the diagnosis. Is he two young to get allergy testing?

I have been having cramping and diarrhea everyday for a month now. It happens a lot after I eat a meal and I have bread and milk in most of my meals. Last night it was very green. Is this most likely celiac disease, gluten allergy, lactose intolerance, or irritable bowel syndrome?

I seem to be allergic or insensitive to wheat (not gluten), but my symptoms are not typical of gluten allergy or intolerance. It's been a lifelong condition, so I suspect it is genetic. The main sympton is extreme fatigue within ten to thirty minutes, and up to three days of 'hangover' feeling afterwards. Until I became aware of the problem, I used to sleep up to 11 to 12 hours a night, and I struggled with concentration, energy levels and mood swings. I went off wheat almost ten years ago, and haven't looked back since, but I can't seem to match up my symptoms. Diarrhoea is part of it, but not to the extreme described. 44, 1.6, 90kg, generally healthy
