Brief Answer:
I suspect that you have symptoms related to IBS (irritable Bowel Syndrome)

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back to HCM: Please note that the constellation of symptoms point to IBS which is brought on by stress. The back pain and aches are really directly related to stress that you have. Now as far as the bowels go, you may have alternating diarrhea/loose stools and constipation, most people are either constipated or diarrhea predominant. The treatment is symptomatic, so you will need Imodium to help with these symptoms, on occasion the symptoms are so relentless that you may need a SSRI to help with the symptoms. Of course if the source of stress can be eradicated that would be optimal. IBS also has abdominal pain and cramping and this pain feels better after having a bowel movement. I hope this helps and good luck.
