Question: If there is even a slight delay in taking breakfast or may be lunch then i get acidity. This acidity leads to headache as well. Many a time i get relief only after i vomit out.

If i take PAN-D in the morning itself, then this thing doesn't happen at all and i am all good to eat breakfast or lunch anytime or may be even skip. Then acidity doesn't happen.

I understand it's not good to take PAN-D everyday, can you help me what should i do?

I eat home cooked, less oily food and also have good intake of salads and fruits. I am having any serious problem which needs a doctor consultation.

Around a year back, i had a consultation with Gastrologist, she had suggested taking PAN-D for a 15 days and then slowly discontinue the medication.

Is there any permanent solution for Acid Reflux?

Brief Answer:
GERD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.

I saw the message. You are having gastro esophageal reflux disease.
First you need to drink plenty of fluids atleast 4-5 litrs per day.
Take tropical fruits especially, kiwi, papaya and leafy greens.
Avoid oily food,junk.coffea,tea,alcohol,smoking if any.
You can take XXXXXXX Pan-L once daily before breakfast for 1 week and stop, but these medication is available only with doctor's prescription.

Get back if any query.

Regards,
Dr VSK
