Brief Answer:
probably allergic

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

although allergy to paracetamol is very rare and you may also be allergic to other ingredients of the pill, this definitely sounds like an allergic reaction.
You should avoid taking it in the future or - if the reaction is not severe enough with shortness of breath, hypotension, etc - take another brand that contains paracetamol.
If the swelling is getting better and you don't have any serious symptoms then you can take an antihistamine drug. Otherwise a visit to the emergency room is recommended.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
