Brief Answer:
Hello. This is an allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello. This is an allergic reaction, possibly to one of the antibiotics you're taking. I'm concerned about the swollen tongue since that may lead to an anaphylactic allergic reaction so you need to let your doctor know about this right now. You may need a cortisone injection.
