Brief Answer:
Investigations and symptomatic medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

To recapitulate:: Supraclavicular LN- Dizziness, nausea, headache and fogginess - Acid reflux and stomach cramping - Fatigue- couple of weeks.... taking medicines

Thanks for your query an an elucidate history.
Although there are some questions I would like to ask you to get a detailed history.

What are the other medicines you are taking other than iron, B12 and Vit D ?
Any other symptoms like fever, chills, any change in appetite, sleep, bowel / urine habits ?

Since the symptoms are so severe you have to get the blood tests...
May be a CT scan of the brain and Mastoids, Second opinion of the ENT and / or Neurologist to rule out causes.

I hope you have already been started on symptomatic treatment for the said symptoms. Since the medicines for vertigo, acid reflux, antibiotics and all need a prescription, you have to get one in consultation of a Doctor.

In the meantime I would advise you to follow this::
Soft bland diet.
Strict bed rest.
Get properly investigated.
Follow the advise of the Doctor as the medicines you are taking are n no way sufficient to give you any relief.

Supra-clavicular Lymph node needs a course of an antibiotic and stomach friendly
anti-inflammatory. If no relief you may need to undergo FNAC- fine needle aspiration cytology.

This will help you get started the appropriate investigations and treatment.
If it is too much a problem, too much fatigue and tired, a though can be given for admission to the hospital for clinical examinations by Different Doctors, investigations and management.

It is better to make it early as it is already a couple of weeks.

Please feel to ask for more if you need to ..
Wishing you early diagnosis and treatment.

Appetite has changed. I have become disinterested in red meat. I have been eating a lot of chicken instead.
Sleep. I have always slept late so no change really. Just sleeping longer during the morning. Occasional nap due to fatigue.
Bowel- diarrhoea after taking iron tablets.
Feel hot at night.

Medication - Zoloft for several months. My body works well with it. Controlling anxiety well.
Reflux - related to wheat products although can lead to cramping in upper stomach.

Family history- Diabetes (father, maternal uncle, paternal grandmother), Hemochromatosis (Father, paternal Aunty - although father has no symptoms just the gene), breast cancer (mothers side), Parkinsons (maternal grandfather)

Brief Answer:
Pomegranate/ symptomatic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
I have gone through the history you have provided.
Appetite has changed not reduced, sleep looks normal.

We have to find the causes of your present problem hence investigations are a must.
I would like to see the investigations report of yours, please get these as soon as possible.

Since iron causes diarrhea, you may need to change the brand and see which one is suitable. Try Pomegranate- the best fruits to raise the hemoglobin without the side effects of loose motions.
Please continue Zoloft as you are already have been adjusted to its dosage.
Wheat products should be stopped at the moment till you recover from the existing problem. You may add a PPI / Raniditine and domperidone to control acidity and reflux.

I hope you must have gone through the investigations related to family disorders in the past and must have been normal ( as you have not mentioned.)

I would be happy to see what other medicines you are under for the present problem of dizziness and other symptoms you have mentioned and the results of the investigations you are ordered.
Have you been started with the treatment for the present symptoms?

Till them follow the advise, get a second opinion and post the reports.
