Question: my scrotom is the size of a softball and full of a liquid, there is a cyst on the back the size of an egg.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Tunica Vaginalis Hydrocele with Spermatocele .

Consult qualified general suregon or Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests doento confirm the diagnosis .
1) Urine routine with Haemogram
2)Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum .

The only best treatment option is surgery of Hydrocelectomy with excision of Cyst .
