Question: my brotherinlaw was just admitted to hospital his penis is sswollen and dr said could be life threating he may have to have penis removed can you give me any info on this condition

1) Did he have injury to his penis while having sex with hard erected penis in woman on top position?
2) Is it possible to upload photograph of his penis ?

Based on whatever information you have submitted I think he has fracture of penis which he has neglected for more than 24 hours and needs to follow the guide lines of a treating Urologist .
