Suggest Treatment For Swollen Penis Head And Burning Sensation During Urination
Question: The portion under the head of my penis is swollen, causing the foreskin to stretch too much and hurt while sliding down. That whole area is now red and itches. Burns while urinating. Is this Balanitis? Is Soframycin or Betnovate N cream good for this problem? Can you suggest some other more effective treatment? Thanks.

Thanks for your advice. I forgot to mention that this is the first time I have had this problem. It might be a result of letting my penis get chewed a little during oral sex with the wife.
So should I still go ahead with the medicines you prescribed? What is the actual diagnosis? Full or partial circumcision is not an option at present.
