Suggest Treatment For Swollen Outer Labia And Redness On Inner Labia

default
Posted on Fri, 24 Jul 2015
Question: A few weeks ago I tested positive for trichomoniasis. (sp?) I took the antibiotics (flagyl) and have been washing with tea tree oil as an extra measure. My outer labia are slightly swollen and I noticed redness on my inner labia and flesh colored bumps. They are only slightly raised and do not have fluid. After my recent std scare I have been viewing photos online and haven't seen anything similar. I am very scared after finding out my partner was not monogamous and am concerned it is another std.
I took a photo should I upload it?

I uploaded more photos. I have not had many partners. I was married for 7 years. My last partner of over a year gave me trichomoniasis. I was faithful but he had multiple partners while we were together. I had pelvic pain, irritation and a lot of discharge since the end of April. I was treating myself for a urinary tract infection & with yeast infection medication prior to learning what it was. Since taking the flagyl the discharge has subsided but the itching/burning and mild pelvic pain is still present. My throat has been bothering me and I feel run down but that could be from stress/lack of sleep.
