Brief Answer:
Possible drug idiosyncrasy.Supportive treatment is enough.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I understand your concern.

This could be an idiosyncratic(unexplained/unexpected) drug reaction rather a complete toxicity to fluoroquinolones .

This kind of adverse reactions are possible in few sensitive individuals.

I advise you to get a complete blood counts and renal function tests as a routine protocol.

All you currently need is good hydration to wash out the drug out of your body.

Drink 3-4 liters of water every day.

Anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen 600 mg once day for 3 days and a single Intramuscular dose Of Hydrocortisone 50 mg will help to relieve your symptoms.

Please note all the above drugs mentioned should be taken under strict medical prescription.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
