Question: Ok I had sex with a girl the condom broke. Her vagina was dry every time we had sex and the last time I forced my self inside her which hunted due to dryness she said the sex hurted her as mich as it hurted me as soon as I got up I felt a pain like I was cut. When I washed with soap and water it burned. next day I look u had these 5 sores. I'm uncircumcised so I didn't really notice. I told her n she went to the doctor. She had a uti. I ended up with swollen lymph nodes and burning pee and. I went to doctors and had a cays scan and urinalysis don't and the test were negative I got prescribed doxycycline and feel 100 times better I jus wanted to kno the cause

With further details given by you it may be due to abrasions during injury sustained during intercourse but can also be due to STDs like herpes or chancroid also.
Please get investigated again to rule out.
As it is subsiding it may be bacterial infection.
It is either chancroid or abrasion injury with given history
