Brief Answer:
Get investiogations done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.

Without seeing the report of investigations it is difficult to make diagnosis of the symptoms which you described above.

So please get your serum RA factor, serum uric acid, fasting blood sugar, E.S.R, C.R.P levels done and send me the report.

There is not use of taking many painkillers which you are taking.

Instead you can take diclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day, tablet lornoxicam once a day, by prescription of you family doctor.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

Keep on doing hand exercises.

I hope you have got you answer.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
