Brief Answer:
sodium fusidate ointment, aceclofenac

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

Its Staphylococcus infection commonly called as staph. If its due to staphylococci penicillin group of drugs will be my best choice. Since you are on bactrim complete the course and application of sodium fusidate ointment will help in reducing the inflammatory signs and helps faster healing. Also an anti inflammatory drug like aceclofenac will help you. Keep the area clean and don't handle it.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you faster recovery and good health.

Regards
