Brief Answer:
Probable conjuctivitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.

The symptoms you are describing like redness, itchy and swollen eye without pain lead to an infection or allergy of the outer part of the eye, known as conjuctivitis.

Conjuctivitis may be allergic or infective, with the later being contagious or not.

This is not a serious condition, but you might need some treatment in both cases, antibiotics (Tobramycine) in case it is an infection and anti hystamines if it is allergy.

For the moment, you should avoid rubbing our eyes, and wash your hands very often. For the discomfort you might find relief from wet compresses over the closed eyelids.

There is nothing to worry, but you should see a ophtalmologist to give you the appropriate treatment.

Wish you the best health.
