Question: Hello doctor , today I noticed swelling in my penis skin . from last 3 to 4 days I used to masturbate many times . so pls suggest me any tablets or gel

I understand your concern.

I have gone through your uploaded images as well.

This seems to be traumatic swelling. Placing ice packs on the swollen area can bring swelling down.

I generally recommend my patients oral tablets of LYSER D for 1 week. Also apply topical LOX gel 2% thrice daily. This will help you to get rid of the swelling. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.

Use tab Lyser-D for 1-2 weeks.

Lox 2% can be applied for one week.

Add Tab Pantop 40 mg once a day on empty stomach as long as you take LYSER D.

Avoid Masturbation until the swelling completely goes down.
