Brief Answer:
Apply steroid cream and sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic,
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist.
I've reviewed the image,

You must have developed irritant contact dermatitis to chemical peel.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a steroid cream like Mometasone cream on the lip twice daily for 5-7 days along with frequent application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire lips every 3-4 hours during the day time.

This will help in resolving the reaction.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
