Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Penis
Question: Sir, I am a male of age 34. Before 3 days I took a bath in a small river canal (the water was not clean it was dirty and the water was not flowing due to shut down of the canal gate). After 1 day I had some pain with a small swelling on the tip of my penis(perhaps it was due to infection which cured automatically). After 1 more day I masturbated. My fear is that can I get HIV in this way ??? I am afraid if that water contain any HIV infected fluid from any affected person who used that water and it may be infected to me by masturbation after 3 days or in any other way ??? sir please help me I am much worried. Am I having any chance of getting HIV ???

Keep aside all your apprehension. There is absolutely no way you could get HIV like this. So relax and chill. HIV is only transmitted by sexual intercourse, blood transfusion and mother to child. In your case it is possible that you contracted some bacterial infection which is only possibility. Sometimes even fungal infection can also occur. As far as swelling on tip of penis could be a boil from such bacterial infections. If It has resolved no need to worry. If it increases in size and there is discharge you will need to visit your physician for evaluation and investigations if any for bacterial infections. Meanwhile you just need to maintain hygiene of your genital area by regular cleaning with soap and water. Avoid bathing in dirty waters in future. Take care.

thanks mam for your reply. Mam please let me know for how much of time HIV virus can live on my penis or beneath the skin of my penis from that water ??? Can HIV comes through such type of water ??? Please help me mam.

thanks mam. A very very little pain is still there on the tip of my penis. I masturbated again. Do U still say that there is no chance of HIV infection ??? Can HIV live with that infection/wound on my penis and can it enter my body during masturbation ??? Please help me to get rid of this confusion and tension mam.
