It can be infected thrombus in hip

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. There can be two possibilities in your case . Either you may have declveloped infection at injection site or you may be having nerve compression in back. Before I advised you any further I would like to know little detail about your illness.
1. What is nature of your pain like is it associated with tingling or throbbing ?
2. Do you have pain in whole leg or just around hip?
3. What is status of your Diabetes?
please send me answers of these questions. If possible share your MRI report with me.I will try my best to help you.

Brief Answer:
It can be nerve compression in the back

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case and I think that you might be having nerve compression in the spine. Patient with Diabeties are sensative to this type of compression and some time even small disc causes such pain.

I would recommend you following.
1.Tablet Pregabalin M one daily at night time.
2.Take control of blood sugar. You are most probably having insulin dependent diabetes so you need to take your medicines properly.
3. Get your serum B 12. If it is low then you need methylcobal injections.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol.

I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other folloup questions.
thanks
