Question: hi doctor my age is 33 healthy male with no medical problem
past one month on my face on left side (above cheeks
below eyes there is slight puffiness or swelling has come )
eye are ok as per eye doctor saying
there is no pain on it , my sugar + cholesterol reports are ok normal
pls suggest what it is

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are having puffiness on left side of face.
The inflammations involving the glands of the eyelids are known to cause this unilateral swelling.
Since there is no pain and eye examination is normal as told by your eye doctor this is unlikely to be related to eye.
The other things that need to be considered are eczema or other conditions affecting the local skin or systemic causes like anaemia...

I am not able to see the attached photo with the question, please re attach the photo so that I can have a look and advice more accurately.
