Brief Answer:
It can be STD simply or local infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is quite early to start predicting HIV based on this history. The ulcer may be due to simple infection which could have been contracted through oral route through contaminated food or droplets or through oral sex.

Will you please elaborate your experience here that did you have the protected sex or unprotected. You have mentioned condom here but needs a bit more elaboration. Moreover did you undergo oral sex too as that all can further help whether risk of transmission of HIV or not.

For further reassurance you can have yourself examined by oral health physician and look for any swollen lymph nodes to get tested about the reason of swelling. Viral serology for HIV can also be done but after careful examination.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Then chances of STD with condom are quite negligible with good care

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing the details. Well in this scenario chances of spread of infection or HIV is less or almost negligible. Hope it will be some local infection and will settle down sooner. If problem persist than consulting your GP for baseline labs and screening is recommended. Regards.
