Question: how do I treat a swollen testicle - no pain - came on about 3 days ago- what is the treatment usually?
Does it involve hospitaliztion?

Antibiotic required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
Most common causes is epididimitis and it should be treated with antibiotics which you can take at home orally. Other causes are less common and should be considered if there is no improvement on antibiotic therapy . usual therapy is doxycycline or ciprofloxacin. Wish you good health. Regards
