Brief Answer:
May be related to fluid overload from a kidney disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Appreciate your concern for your nanny.
The swelling of the face which is noticed most in the mornings may be due to a kidney disease. If it is possible get a blood count, serum creatinine, Serum albumin and a urine routine examination and get back to me.
In the meanwhile reduce her salt and fluid intake.
You can give her one tablet Lasix in the morning for the time being till the results are available.

Thank you doctor really appreciate, I will see how quick I can get her to the clinic for the examination you ask for. She do drink a lot of tea, and a lot of water, I have just told her to reduce that. Can I still give her the water tablet Urirex in the meantime with the Lasix? I will get the Lasix tomorrow.sorry I see Lasix is a water tablet will get that
