Brief Answer:
Swelling neck

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The swelling in the neck can be a lymph node enlargement or a cyst.
The ear and jaw pain are probably due to same reason. Please tell me do you have any tooth ache or lesion on your tongue or tonsils?
Take a antibiotic and an anti inflammatory drug like diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase twice daily.
If possible get yourself examined by a surgeon because if it is an abscess it might need intervention.

Any further questions are always welcome
Wishing you a speedy recovery

Thanks and regards

No lesions or tooth ache. My jaw pain is worse in the morning and my upper and lower jaw hurts when I chew. Again it is worse in the morning. I just took my temperature and it is 1 degree above normal. My pain comes and goes. Does this change your diagnosis?

Brief Answer:
Swelling neck

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the follow up query and all the information
I will still stick to my diagnosis. It is either a Dental problem or a problem with your Temporomandibular joint ie the jaw joint. As you have fever and a swelling in the neck also cause is infective. Please visit a dentist or an ENT SPECIALIST to get yourself examined because examination is required now to reach a diagnosis.
You should start with the medicines I prescribed. They will definitely help you.
Take a soft diet and avoid chewing on the painful side.
Use a hexidine mouth wash.
Do visit a doctor.
take care
Thanks and regards
