Brief Answer:
Possibly a benign changes in scar?Need ultrasound confirmation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam

I understand your query and concern.

As per your symptoms described and the duration of the surgery elapsed ,the current issue need not be considered dangerous.

This could be be related to the superficial infection of the scar.

But in all such cases it is advisable to get an ultrasound abdomen.

Do not strain at stools or lift heavy weights.

Localised or topical antibiotic therapy will help.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.

Meftal spas will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam.

Pain in your case can respond to tab Meftal spas taken twice a day for 3 days.

Addition of diclofenac 50 mg once a day will be pretty effective.
