The only symptoms I have really noticed have effected my penis. My flaccid penis is constantly retracted and shriveled up and it is harder for me to get and maintain an erection. I also take longer to urinate and have an urge to urinate more frequently. I have had this for about 8 months now.

I understand how difficult it must be for you. Here is what you should do

1. It's been very long and it requires immediate attention to prevent long term complications
2. meet a urologist for MRI of the pelvis to look for injury
3. until you meet a urologist I recommend pelvic floor exercises. It is not exactly a penile injury but injury of the pelvic floor muscles
4. Wear jockey type of briefs and not boxers
5. There is no medication at the moment which can help you

I hope I was of help, please get back to me for any further clarifications
