Suggest Treatment For Sudden Chest Pains

Question: Hi! I'm a male, 28, no drug or alcohol abuse, no history of other diseases in me or family. Two years ago I had an incident when after working for 30 hours straight at the computer I experienced acute pain in left area of the chest on breathing in, weakness, but it stopped after a week. GP found no problems with blood pressure or heart rate.

However, since that time I am unable to hold objects level or above my head for more than a few seconds - hands become stiff very quickly. Also, wearing a bag on left shoulder or sleeping on left side is extremely uncomfortable, although there is no pain.

10 weeks ago I experienced rapid worsening after stressful work week, hands are not weak per se but trying to lift anything leads to stiff hands very quickly. same happens if i try to perform repetitive motions. Hands are now much less agile and things like typing or holding objects are more difficult.

These strong symptoms do not pass since July. I am also constantly slightly dizzy, and slightly less good at navigation, hitting walls and corners or making awkward movements. Fingers are slightly trembling all the time. When I tilt my head back to look up, it feels like I am going to faint. Focusing vision on an object takes effort.

In addition, I am having attacks around once a week when my body rapidly becomes cold and I am shaking because of this cold, and chest pain on breathing in appears for a few minutes.

Neck feels very uncomfortable when sleeping and today I couldnt sleep because of that. When I tried to get up from bed, I fainted and regained consciousness on the floor a few seconds later. I feel much weaker and dizzy today, and I have trouble concentrating.

A neurologist back in July did MRI of neck and head, chest xray, ECG, blood and urine test, and found no problems.

A GP today also found no problems. Both prescribed stress management pills.

Lyrica and valium do make me care less about it, but the symptoms dont go away. What should I do?

Hello,
I have seen your reports and there is nothing present there which can point towards anything, however you must get serum estimation of VIT B12 and VIT D done.
A deficiency of these can cause some of the symptoms being felt by you.
Along with these deficiencies, stress and anxiety may also co exist.
What to do...
Get B12 and D Tested
Keep taking your Xanax.
Start doing regular aerobic exercises for 40-45 minutes a day.
Do deep breathing exercises.
Do yoga and meditation.
Give these measures a try of 6 weeks.I hope you should be benefited by these.
Best of luck
Thanks
